BioMed Central journals	All research articles in BioMed Central's journals receive rapid and thorough peer review. The detailed peer-review policy of each journal is the responsibility of the journal editor(s) concerned. Many journals operate traditional anonymous peer review. Others, including the medical BMC -series titles, operate 'open peer review', in which reviewers are asked to sign their reviews. For these titles, the pre-publication history of each paper (including submitted versions, reviewers' reports and authors' responses) is linked to from the published article.

Directory of open access journals	This service covers free, full text, quality controlled scientific and scholarly journals. The Directory aims to include open access journals in all subjects and languages.
eCAM	Evidence-based Complementary and Alternative Medicine. A brand new journal from OUP entitled eCAM (Evidence-based Complementary and Alternative Medicine). Whilst offering the academic, research, and medical communities a new journal in an area currently under-represented, the journal has also been developed to be available for free online.
eScholarship Repository	This free, open-access repository infrastructure supports the full range of scholarly output, from pre-publication materials to journals and peer-reviewed series, by offering UC departments direct control of publishing. Health InterNetwork	The Health InterNetwork was launched by the Secretary General of the United Nations and is led by the World Health Organization to bridge the "digital divide" in health. It aims to ensure that health information and the technologies to deliver it are widely available and effectively used by health personnel professionals, researchers, scientists, and policy makers.
Highwire Press free content	HighWire Press is the largest archive of free full-text science on Earth! As of 9/20/04, we are assisting in the online publication of 763,055 free full-text articles and 1,949,639 total articles.
In the First Person	In the First Person is a free, high quality, professionally published, in-depth index of more than 3,350 collections of personal narratives in English from around the world. It lets you keyword search more than 650,000 pages of full-text by more than 15,000 individuals from all walks of life. It also contains pointers to some 3,500 audio and video files and 30,000 bibliographic records. The index contains approximately 20,500 months of diary entries, 63,000 letter entries, and 17,000 oral history entries. Approximately 25% of the index points to materials that are in copyright. Japan Science and Technology Information Aggregator, Electronic (J-STAGE)	J-STAGE is a system which supports science and technology information-related electronic journal release in Japan. By J-STAGE cooperating with the JST Link Center, research papers released on J-STAGE are linked to papers on various worldwide electronic journal sites via ChemPort, PubMed, and CrossRef. In addition, J-STAGE provides a system to user organizations that enables the entire process, from submission to peer review/judgement along with electronic journal release, to go online.

Molecular System Biology	Molecular Systems Biology covers all aspects of the rapidly growing and interdisciplinary field of systems biology at the molecular level, and will attract and help shape the highest quality research in the evolving areas of genomics, proteomics, metabolomics, bioinformatics, microbial systems, and the integration of cell signaling and regulatory networks. The journal will work together with the systems biology community to establish guidelines, standards and metrics for global complex datasets. Molecular Systems Biology features enhanced support for structured data formats such as Systems Biology Markup Language (SBML), interactive figures and rich links from papers to related databases and other web resources.
NIH unveils open access draft	Papers based on NIH-funded research would be freely available 6 months after their publication, according to a draft National Institutes of Health (NIH) policy released Friday (September 3, 2004) in an apparent compromise with journal publishers. Under the proposed policy, journal peer-review committees would vet papers that report results from NIH-sponsored research. Once the journal has edited and published the articles, editors would upload them to a searchable Web site and NIH would make them publicly available within 6 months.

SciELO	The Scientific Electronic Library Online - SciELO is an electronic library covering a selected collection of Brazilian scientific journals.
Science Online	Your free registration provides access to Science, STKE, and SAGE KE abstracts and summaries, full text of Science research articles at least one year old and published after September 1996, and other selected material. SPARC	SPARC is an alliance of universities, research libraries, and organizations built as a constructive response to market dysfunctions in the scholary communication system. These dysfunctions have reduced dissemination of scholarship and crippled libraries. SPARC serves as a catalyst for action, helping to create systems that expand information dissemination and use in a networked digital environment while responding to the needs of scholars and academe.

AGRICOLA農業文獻資料庫	AGRICOLA為現今收錄美國農業及生命科學方面資訊最完整之資料庫。收錄1970迄今之美國國家農業圖書館(NAL)及其合作組織逾370萬筆的書目資訊，包括圖書、期刊、論文、專利、技術報告、視聽媒體等資料。主題涵括了農漁業、農業經濟、農業管理、農業化學、農作物管理、生態保存、環境保護、生態學、食物與營養、森林學、土壤學、水資源及品質、動物科學、生物學、生物科技、昆蟲學、植物學、動物學、獸醫學等。光碟版收錄年限：1984-2004.12

EBSCO Animal 動物全文資料庫	收錄自1975年收錄至今之全文亦包含索摘。收錄範圍︰提供美國中小學生數千筆與哺乳類、鳥類、爬蟲類、兩棲類、魚類、恐龍及古生物之全文及索摘相關資料。
EconLit	EconLit 為 American Economic Association 的電子資料庫，收錄了幾乎所有與經濟範疇相關的文獻。是全球首屈一指的經濟文獻參考來源。此資料庫收錄逾 735,000 筆記錄，收錄年限為 1969 至現今。
EIU ViewsWire	EIU 全名為 Economist Intelligence Unit，為經濟學人集團(Economist Group)負責商業資訊的分支部門，在提供國家、產業及管理分析上，居於世界領導的地位。EIU Viewswire提供200個國家及區域，52,700則以上之政經商情簡報，從全球經濟預測到各國家地區的操作風險及市場趨勢等議題，皆涵蓋在內。資料內容回溯至2004年1月，內容每月更新。

Elsevier Electronic Subscriptions SDOS電子期刊全文資料庫 ScienceDirect (新增 China Collection ) Scirus	即日起可使用SDOS了，有二種介面供選擇：一是原來掛置在中研院的SDOS介面，另一個是 ScienceDirect（簡稱 SDOL，直接連用 Elsevier 美國主機）的介面，內容與SDOS同，使用時請留意 = subscribed = complimentary = non-subscribed 有符號的才有全文。 SDOL 提供 1,800 餘種電子期刊全文及包含摘要之書目資料，主題涵蓋農業、生物、生化、基因、分子生物、免疫、微生物、化學、化學工程、醫學、藥學、製藥、牙醫術、獸醫、電腦科學、地球與行星科學、工程、能源、技術、環境科學、材料科學、數學、物理、天文、管理、會計、心理學、商學、經濟、經濟計量、財務、社會科學、藝術與人文等，簽約引進的期刊總計約 1640+ 種 (不含舊刊名、停刊)，其紙本期刊分屬 Academic Press、Bailliere Tindall、Churchill Livingstone、Editions scientifiques et medicales Elsevier、Elsevier、Elsevier Advanced Technology、Elsevier Current Trends、Excerpta Medica、JAI、Mosby、North-Holland、Pergamon、W.B. Endnote書目管理軟體	Endnote書目管理軟體可提供師生撰寫學術論文時，對於查閱書目資料文獻，修改引用格式或上課開立參考書單時一個節省時間的工具。注意事項：本軟體僅限本校教職員生使用，請遵守智慧財產權，不得以任何型式複製提供予非本校職員工生使用，以免觸法。目前提供的「使用手冊」版本尚未更新成10.0版，但仍可參考。
Engineering Village 2	提供使用者單一介面之快速檢索、相關文獻搜尋、個人化之新知通報及儲存檢索結果功能以及文獻傳遞等資訊服務。資料內容涵蓋Ei Engineering Village的Compendex 資料庫、標準與規格、網站評選摘要等資料。
ERIC 教育資源網	收錄自1967年收錄至今之索引及摘要。收錄成人、生涯及職業教育、社區教育、特殊教育、高等教育、初級教育及特殊教育等16種主題分類之交換中心(clearinghouse)。資料庫內容：收錄教育資源資料中心(Educational Resource Information Center)近1,000種教育專業刊物、研討會研究報告及ERIC Digest Record 全文。
Food Science & Technology Abstracts (FSTA) 食品科技摘要光碟料庫	收錄年限：1969-present。適於各圖書館、農學院、食品營養科系、研究單位參考使用，收錄的資料類型包括1800種期刊文獻，另有圖書，書評，會議記錄，報告，小冊子，專利及法規等，包括40多種語言的資料。學科主題包括：基礎食品科學、毒物學與衛生學、工程學、包裝、品質管制、自動化、儲存與運輸。使用前請先將瀏覽器之快取空間清除，以利使用。
Funk & Wagnalls New Encyclopedia 小學百科全書	收錄2003年版本之全文亦包含索摘。收錄範圍︰針對美國中小學生製作，收錄25,000筆百科全書資料，每年更新一次，供中小學生及研究相關領域人員使用。
Grolier Online	內容包括：大美百科全書、葛羅里多媒體百科全書、新知識百科全書、西班牙文百科全書、科學新知百科全書、國土與民情、美哉‧阿美利堅等七種。
The Grove Dictionary of Art Online 葛洛夫藝術百科全書	包括了34巨冊紙版葛洛夫藝術百科全書的全部內容，其中主題收錄有繪畫、雕刻、建築、攝影、平面及裝置藝術等各領域，記載了從史前以至當代之完整藝術內涵，區域含括歐洲、亞洲、非洲、南北美洲及太平洋各島國，是當今唯一含蓋所有視覺藝術領域之百科全書。
IEL (IEEE/IEE Eectronic Library)	本資料庫為美國電子電機工程師學會 (IEEE - the Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers) 與英國電機工程師學會 (IEE - The Institution of Electrical Engineers) 出版品之電子全文資訊系統，內容包括 IEEE 與 IEE 自 1988 年以來出版之期刊 (IEEE Journals；IEE Journals)、會議論文集 (IEEE Conference Proceedings；IEE Conference Proceedings)、及 IEEE 工業標準 (IEEE Standards) 電子全文資料，約有 1,100,000 篇文章，平均每月增加 50,000 頁新資料，全文採用 PDF 格式，全文影像與其紙本一致，包括讀者來函、投稿須知及所有圖表照片等資料。IEL 結合所收錄全文影像及其在 INSPEC 書目資料庫部份而成一全文資料庫，可檢索摘要與主題索引詞等書目資料，以查詢所需文章。下載簡介檔

JSTOR Art & Sciences I Collection	本資料庫專門收錄過期學術期刊之全文資料。收錄非裔美人研究、人類學、亞洲學、經濟學、生態學、數學、哲學、政治學、教育學、財政、歷史、文學、人口統計學、社會學、統計學等 15 種人文社會學科領域之 119 種學術性期刊之全文資料。
JSTOR Art & Science II Collection	為 Arts & Sciences I Collection 之延伸版本，加強人文社會相關學科之內容，除了 Arts & Sciences I Collection 所涵括之歷史、經濟、亞洲學等主題之外，尚收錄古典文學、考古學、非洲、拉丁美洲和中東研究、斯拉夫學等主題共 125 種期刊之全文。
JSTOR Art & Science IV Collection	為 JSTOR 人文社會學科第 4 個資料庫，目前已有約 100 種期刊全文，將於 2006 年年底才收錄完整，所涵括之新主題為法律、心理學、公共政策和行政，而商學和教育學亦包括在內。
Library, Information Science & Technology Abstracts	Library, Information Science & Technology Abstracts, (LISTA) indexes more than 600 periodicals, plus books, research reports and proceedings. Subject coverage includes librarianship, classification, cataloging, bibliometrics, online information retrieval, information management and more. Coverage in the database extends back as far as the mid-1960s.
LINK	提供460餘種電子期刊及叢書等全文資料，主涵蓋生命科學、醫學、工程、電腦、數學、化學、環境科學、物理與天文、地球科學、經濟及法律等。僅電子期刊部份為免費試用。 2004停訂，但仍可檢索，無法瀏覽或下載全文；若需全文可利用館際合作申請。
MAS Ultra - School Edition	本資料庫專為高中圖書館所設計，提供逾 700 份大眾化一般興趣及時事出版品的全文，重要雜誌的資料可回溯至 1975 年。 MAS Ultra – School Edition 也提供逾 500 份全文小冊、350 本全文參考書籍、84,011 部傳記、83,472 份主要資料來源文件，以及 192,999 張照片、地圖及旗標的圖片收藏。本資料庫每日經 EBSCO 主機更新。
MathSciNet	本資料庫為Mathematical Reviews和Current Mathematical Publications之線上資料庫，以方便數學及相關領域的使用者查詢資料之用。

OPAC97 大英圖書館館藏目錄	收錄大英圖書館在倫敦總館及Boston Spa BLDSC文獻複印中心兩地的書目資料，不僅提供書目刊名檢索，更可確認館藏資並向文件供應中心(Document Supply Center)申請複印。倫敦參考館藏目錄包含各個主題，如人文社科參館藏(1975-)、科學科技及商學類參考館藏資料(1975-)。另外音樂文獻目錄(1980-)之收錄，而更是讓這一無價的工具更趨完整。 Boston Spa BLDSSC文件供應館藏目錄收錄文件供應中心館藏有1980年起之書籍及報告，1800年起之會議記錄，以及c1700年起的期刊，並可直接從線上做文件複印服務。
Primary Search 一般學科全文資料庫	收錄自1975年收錄至今全文亦包含索摘。針對美國小學學齡兒童製作，提供50種兒童雜誌及100種兒童文集全文資料，並提供80種兒童雜誌索摘資料，全文資料來自The World Almanac of the U.S.A、 The World Almanac for Kids、The Encyclopedia of Animals、Funk & Wagnalls New Encyclopedia等。供中小學生及研究兒童相關領域人員使用。
Professional Development Collection 全人教育全文資料庫	收錄自1975年收錄至今之全文亦包含索摘。收錄範圍從教育孩子的健康和心智發展到最先進的教學理論和實踐之教育專業等項目，共收錄超過810種著名的教育專業期刊之索引與摘要。
ProQuest Dissertations and Theses - A&I (PQDT) 全文檢索 PQDD	ProQuest Digital Dissertations (簡稱PQDD) 為美國 ProQuest Information and Learning (原 UMI/Bell & Howell) 製作之網際網路資訊系統，可以查尋 1861 年起之美加地區 170 萬篇博碩士論文摘要，主題涵蓋理、工、醫、農及人文社會等各類學科，且可免費瀏覽 1997 年後已數位化之論文的前 24 頁。自2004年12月21日起與該公司製作之 ProQuest 系統進行第一階段整合，並更名為 ProQuest Dissertations and Theses ─ A&I (簡稱 PQDT)，整合階段採兩種系統並行提供使用。全文檢索：指的是數位論文聯盟;國內各圖書館利用聯盟方式購買PQDT的論文全文彼此互惠使用。

Science Online	內容包括關於科學政策及研究動態等相關新聞報導、來自世界各地科學家所撰寫的科學論文及研究報告、以及針對熱門的研究領域，例如：奈米科技、生物技術等深入的專題報告。電子版除了包含紙本 Science 期刊所有的內容外，並提供一些額外的附加資訊，例如：表格、圖片、影像及音效等，另外，Science Online 提供檢索的功能，讀者可依刊期、關鍵字或作者等項目查找有興趣的文章，每篇文章的 citation 可下載至讀者的電腦中，而每篇文章亦提供超連結至 PubMed、Medline、ISI 等資料庫查詢同主題的相關文章。

The Serials Directory	針對大眾化的系列出版品提供最新及最準確的書目資訊，以及最新的定價結構。本資料庫包含將近 184,000 項美國及國際標題 (包括報紙)、20,000 項歷史資料標題，以及全球超過 83,500 家出版商資料。
